More food, more restaurants, more love! The Baha Mar resort is hitting all the major keys as it keeps rolling out awesome dining choices for visitors and locals alike!
Last week they hosted foodies to the official grand opening of the 3 Tides Fish House which features a raw bar, modern sushi and sashimi dishes and a variety of surf-and-turf options. Guests at the restaurant’s grand opening were treated to samples of the restaurant’s best dishes, wine, a specialty blueberry infused cocktail, music by Willis and the Illest band and the sweetest little cornbread muffins!
Some of the 3 Tides’ highlights include their beautiful octopus salad, blackened snapper, poke bowls, Caribbean lobster tail and the restaurant’s signature Tides Tower which contains snow crab claws, prawns, clams and mussels.
Now we’ve seen fish houses around the world before and they often have a more casual chill vibe, but 3 Tides brings the sophistication and glamour. Still very chill and cool, it’s like your favorite outfit that can be worn on a relaxing summer day or dressed up for a night out on the town!
The restaurant’s concept is based on three pillars: sustainability, quality, and simplicity and is opened for breakfast and dinner.
Breakfast guests can pair their meal with handcrafted breakfast cocktails like the ‘Bahamian Honey’, made with honey, orange tea, bourbon and mint. Diners can choose their meals from three stations: hot, cold and interactive desserts while relaxing in the restaurant’s old world-inspired furnishing and elegant décor.
Artwork produced by Bahamian master artists John Beadle, Jackson Burnside and Stan Burnside don the walls throughout the space, allowing for a colorful and airy atmosphere and with seating for 220 guests, 3 Tides Fish House is the perfect location for corporate dinners and happy hours.
