Like many of us who had to head back to work and real life this week after the holidays, American rapper and actor Ludacris is having a tough time coming to grips leaving behind his amazing (the photos are thebomb.com) island vacation and heading back to the states! Luda, who might be known for “pimpin’ all over the world, landed in the 242 recently for some fun and frolick! He documented his vacation to Eleuthera with his wife Eudoxie via social media and to us, this was the best “Come to The Bahamas” advertisement we’ve seen in a while! Gorgeous photos of the sea, the people, the food and of course junkanoo, made me wonder if I needed to leave Nassau and go island hopping myself!

We sometimes forget how beautiful our country really is and have to be reminded via stalking a celebrity’s IG account and getting that sudden rush of pride and Bahamian spirit, seeing someone else fall in love with what’s ours!
